Frequently asked questions
How do included hours work?
Every plan provides a monthly quota, including quarterly and annual billing. The quota resets monthly from the paid usage period’s start. Unused hours do not roll over, and future months’ hours cannot be used early. Usage stops when your hours run out, with no automatic overage charges.
Can I cancel renewal?
You can cancel renewal in subscription management. Hours for a paid billing period remain available until that period ends. A failed renewal does not grant new hours.
Where is classroom text saved?
Each class saves text in this browser for your current account by default. You can turn saving off before starting. Export as TXT, Markdown or PDF. Text is not uploaded to Nelora servers, and audio is not saved.
Are the web and Mac apps available now?
The web app has live bilingual classes and records in this browser. Available audio sources depend on your browser and system. Subscription availability is shown by the buttons on this page. The native Mac app is still in development and validation; official accounts and paid classes are not yet open.
